Headed up by Chrese Morley with over 11 years sales experience, the Project team offers a wealth of experience and understanding of these specialised residential sales.


When taking on a new development, our team meets regularly to really get to know the developer, the site and the product we are offering to the market. We analyse building plans, inclusions, market conditions and the ultimate buyer demographic for the new project. We commit as a team to working out the best sales and marketing strategy to hit the desired buyer demographic and take a unified approach to meeting our sales targets.


With our dedicated team of specialists, we have enjoyed great success in becoming the preferred Project Marketers for numerous developments in the inner North of Brisbane with multiple sites sold out and also multiple projects currently being successfully marketed.

The Project Marketing team utilise a wide variety of marketing strategies to achieve our desired sales outcomes. We act as exclusive marketing agents (normally under an Open Listing arrangement) as the preferred sales team for our developers. We rely on the known internet platforms for our standard marketing with 3 or 4 high quality image renders for the key selling points of a project site.

We also have an exceptional creative marketing team called whom we collaborate effectively with. Stacked Marketing assist us in creating tools such as video presentations to effectively use on social media platforms. Targeted marketing to Facebook users within the local proximity of our developments has seen our passive buyer audience increase dramatically with some exceptional sales results. Digital marketing is the platform that we are heavily invested in with new technology we use to pick up IP addresses in our projected areas and to advertise our properties direct to the consumer.

Due to our strong presence in the inner North suburbs, we have an extensive client database that we can actively market our properties to and show buyers multiple properties until we find the one that is the best fit.
