With both parents having a combined 58 years experience in the property industry, you could say that Lewis was destined for Real Estate. After completing High School, he entered the family business to gain hands on knowledge and experience and postponed going to University. Some 5 years into his career, Lewis decided it was time to fulfil his ambition of further education and attended Griffith University to complete a Bachelor of Business (Marketing).
This degree gives Lewis the knowledge of how to most effectively promote a property and attract the emotional buyer who will really connect with the property. Furthermore, Lewis can then secure a premium price for his vendors with his many years of negotiation experience.
Real Estate isn’t the only career path that Lewis has taken. His previous experience in the advertising/marketing industry and the German luxury car market has given him a broad range of skills that add real depth to his current role.
Lewis understands people – what drives them, what concerns them and what makes them happy. It is a skill that helps him identify and meet the Individual needs of all his clients, no matter how unusual or challenging they may be.
He strives to always provide a 6-star service level. Keeping in constant contact, he keeps his clients up to date with any progressions and helps make the selling/buying process less stressful.
Lewis Stafford goes the extra yards to understand his client’s needs.
Parkland Street, Nundah - Purchaser
Lewis was the selling agent when we bought a property recently. He was always reachable by phone and answered emails promptly no matter what day of the week it was. As this was a first time purchase for myself Lewis was helpful and understanding to my situation. He is friendly and communicates well. Thanks very much.
Butler Road, Ascot - Vendor
Lewis was great, readily contactable and negotiated a really good price in the end. With me living in Perth and the property being in Brisbane this made things a bit harder but Lewis ensured the process ran as smoothly as possible.
Macrossan Street, Brisbane - Vendor
Lewis is an obliging, seemingly tireless real estate agent who has negotiated the sale of two of our properties in Brisbane during the last year. Lewis regularly advised on prospective purchaser interest by email and telephone. He would continue to make contact regularly even if there had been no interest at all including "open house" inspections. He was always polite, friendly, cheerful and justifiably optimistic. He was available at critical times to ensure all tasks were completed correctly and on time. I would not hesitate to ask Lewis to sell other properties should the need
