Letting your property

We will:

  • inspect your property listing its features

  • prepare advertising with photographs

  • list your property on real estate websites within 48 hours

  • place a For Lease sign outside your property within 48 hours*

  • advertise in relevant newspapers and local magazines*

  • coordinate inspections until your home is leased

  • check all applications on the relevant tenancy websites*

  • verify references and rental history

  • confirm applicants’ employment status

  • refer suitable applications for your consideration

  • contact your preferred applicant advising them of the approval to lease

  • let your property for the amount listed in our management agreement/letting instructions

  • execute the tenancy agreement

  • give the new tenant/s possession of your property

  • collect required funds - rent and bond

  • lodge the bond in accordance with legislation

  • provide copies of tenancy documents

  • be in regular contact with you throughout the letting process.


Collecting your rent


We have a zero tolerance for rental arrears and have a specific policy detailing our requirements – we go through this policy with our tenants prior to signing a tenancy agreement.


Inspecting your property


We will complete a comprehensive interior and exterior property condition report (including photographs) prior to occupancy.


Maintaining and repairing your property


We encourage our tenants to make maintenance requests in writing on our website and we expect our owners will make the recommended repairs to their property in order to:

  • preserve the property’s value
  • meet legislative obligations, and
  • maintain a positive relationship with tenants.

We have a dedicated team of trade professionals who can complete property repairs in a prompt and professional manner*


Reviewing the rent on your property


We regularly review the rent charged on your property in line with current legislation so you receive the highest amount possible.
